The Delaware Council on Real Estate Appraisers, Maryland Real Estate Appraisers Commission, and the Pennsylvania Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers have approved the Maryland Association of Appraisers to offer online appraisal continuing education courses to help you fulfill your license renewal requirements.
