Course Requirements
To complete your course and receive credit, you must review all of the course content, pass the unit quizzes and the final exam.

Access to Course
All courses must be completed within 6 months from the date of enrollment.

Course Completion and CE Credit
At the end of the course, you are able to print your course completion certificate.  To receive CE credit, please follow the instructions provided in your license renewal notice.

Refunds
If a course has not been started, refunds are available up to 30 days from enrollment.  No refunds are provided for courses that have been started.  To request a refund, contact our online training partner Hondros Learning at support@fastclass.com or 1-866-455-3278 Monday through Friday 7:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm, Closed Sunday.
